BMW Sherman OaksHiring: Sales Representative
- Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually
- Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
- Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-8pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm
What You'll Do- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate BMW vehicles, features, technology, and available options.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through vehicle delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of current BMW inventory, products, incentives, and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective and previous customers to create repeat and referral business.
What You'll Bring- 1+ years of previous automotive sales experience luxury automotive experience.
- Experience guiding customers through the vehicle sales process from initial inquiry through delivery.
- Experience using dealership CRM systems and other sales technology to manage leads and customer follow-up.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
