Pay: $48,200-$158,700 (Commission Pay Plan)

Business Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-9pm; Saturday: 8:30-8pm; Sunday: 9am-7pm

What You'll Do

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date of Honda products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in automotive sales
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to communicate with customers in person and over the phone.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This position is also eligible for commissions on (Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit) and/or bonus opportunities (Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability).

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 .

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
