Priority Honda Roanoke- Pay: $48,200 - $150,000+ (Pay is based on performance)
- Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.
What You'll Do- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
- Learn customers' needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through engaging presentations and test drives.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with management and finance teams to deliver an exceptional purchase experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.
