What You'll Do- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Execute a consultative sales process from initial contact through delivery
- Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, and financing options
- Follow up with prospective and current customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments
What We're Looking For- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales experience is a plus but not required-we train the right people!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
