- Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually
- Schedule: 5-day work week with either Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday- Thursday
- Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am-9pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm
What You'll Do- Assist customers with selecting vehicles that match their needs and budget
- Present vehicle features, pricing, and available purchase or lease options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text
- Enter customer information, sales activity, and follow-up details into the dealership CRM
What You'll Bring- 1+ year of prior retail sales experience.
- Experience assisting customers with product selection and purchase decisions
- Experience working toward individual or team sales goals
- Experience using computers, email, and customer management or point-of-sale systems
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
