Responsibilities

  • Guide homeowners in transitioning to solar energy
  • Educate potential clients on energy efficiency and its benefits
  • Manage the sales process from lead acquisition to deal closure
  • Capitalize on provided leads and supplement with personal referrals
  • Conduct in-home presentations and proposals
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities with an account manager mindset
  • Participate in extensive training and mentorship programs

Full Job Description
You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business. You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in-house install teams in the business.

  • Relationship Building:Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value
  • Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from 5-7provided daily leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals
  • Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals

Sales Associate Requirements:

Any sort of sales experience of any duration!

  • Valid driver's license

Sales Associate Compensation:

  • Average full-time $150,000 - $250,000 yearly, with an upside of $300,000+
  • $500 weekly + aggressive commission
  • Average Commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500)
