Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the residential and commercial sectors.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our air quality services and solutions.
* Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored proposals.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
* A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving targets.
* The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
* Experience in environmental services, HVAC, or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM software.
