SALES REP (AUTOMOTIVE) EARN $160K/YEAR with no cap on your earning

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus.


Sales Rep (Automotive Industry).

What you will do - Essential Responsibilities:

  • Use your knowledge of MYCAR inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
  • Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.


Qualifications:

  • Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales!
  • Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who's motivated to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screens.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.


Responsibilities:

  • Sell yourself & make a great impression of your workplace and process.
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories.
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.


MYCAR pays new Sales Consultants a competitive wage while training and through the first 160 hours of selling, after which set pay through sales become the primary base of pay.

We're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Sales Consultants. Bonus will be paid in full after your first 3 months of employment, provided you achieve a minimum of 30 vehicle sales during that period.
