We maintain and curate the industry’s largest property and ownership dataset which includes over 160M parcels, with weekly/monthly ownership updates, land & structural characteristics, sales & listings, potential impacts due to zoning, permits, hazards, along with decades of historical county recorded documents which reflect LLC details, right-of-way, easements and much more.
Our versatility of data delivery includes bulk, API, Feature Service, SaaS and Professional Services which includes match & append. We service many different industries such as: Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Natural Resources/conservation, Real Estate land development/builders/brokers, transportation, Federal/state government, and lenders.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing the DNA brand, exposing new opportunities & customers to the data suite. You will leverage your expertise in identifying new business opportunities, building & maintaining a pipeline, and preparing bundled solutions while working with others to close sales.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Build new client relationships: representing DNA’s data & services to multiple industry verticals.
- Generate new business opportunities by targeting companies through networking, industry events, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other websites.
- Creating a territory marketing and sales plan to ensure a professional approach to your success in achieving goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams when their services are needed to develop marketing content, campaigns, and social media presence to drive brand awareness and leads for you.
- Assessing client needs, propose solutions, work through evaluations with SME’s and contractual negotiations with legal departments.
- Deliver professional grade presentations to large, mid-market opportunities.
- Interact daily with other DNA department management and personnel.
- Communicate proactively with market trends, competitive insight, and customer interactions.
- Perform other duties such as assisting GTM groups, management with strategy, product & price alignments, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience within property data & market segments.
- Proven sales record and established business contacts within the relevant industry segment.

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually (This amount is a combination of base salary plus target incentive compensation.)This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
