DescriptionW2 Employee PositionFull-Time | Uncapped Commissions Expected First-Year Earnings: $60,000 - $160,000+ Paid Twice Weekly Location: KS As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration needs while guiding them through the restoration process from inspection to project completion.

What You'll Do- Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
- Meet with homeowners and build lasting customer relationships
- Conduct property inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities
- Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration processes
- Prepare estimates and project proposals
- Guide customers through agreements and project scheduling
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity

Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based sales position requiring local travel throughout your assigned territory. Project Consultants spend time meeting with homeowners, conducting inspections, generating leads, and managing projects in various weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders as part of the inspection process.
