Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Generate and develop your own sales opportunities• Conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners• Present customized solar solutions and financing options• Build trust and educate customers throughout the sales process• Overcome objections and guide homeowners toward a confident decision• Manage follow-up activity and maintain a healthy pipeline• Close deals and drive revenue growth
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of solar sales experience preferred• Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills• Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners daily• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

- Must be 18 years or older• Authorized to work in the United States• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM)• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle• Comfortable with field sales and lead generation
