We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team at East Lawn, Inc. at our Greenback/Sierra Hills location. This position is an opportunity to leverage your sales skills while helping families make important decisions regarding pre-planning funeral and cemetery services.
As a Family Service Counselor, you will build and maintain relationships, educate clients on the benefits of pre-planning, and guide them through our service options, helping them secure peace of mind for the future.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving targets
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to individuals and groups
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent ability to accurately maintain records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Current CA Limited license or the ability to obtain one.
