The Opportunity
As part of the Customer Experience team, youwork with retailers to enhance performance and profitability across commercial functions. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity. You work closely with client leaders to support the adoption of improved processes and tools, leveraging PwC methodologies and technology capabilities to deliver measurable impact across retail organizations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Thorough consulting knowledge and proven team leadership
- Ability to analyze customer economics, business performance, and cost to serve
- Thorough understanding of core retail areas including merchandising, store operations, and commerce
- Advanced writing and visual communication skills for presentations and reporting
- Prior consulting experience in a managerial capacity with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficiency in communication, facilitation, and presentation for diverse audiences using MS PowerPoint
- Ability to identify and sustain profound client relationships, negotiate, and lead resource and project management
- Proven leadership to inspire vision, establish direction, build trust, coach, and foster innovation
Travel Requirements
Up to 80%Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
