Job Description

With limited supervision, responsible for streamlining and optimizing the sales process across internal-facing activities (PO and quote processing, CRM, ERP focus), external-facing Capital delivery management, or spare parts and marketing functions. The Sales Operations Analyst III manages quote and purchase order processes, accounts receivable, and project initiatives that enhance sales performance. Utilizing data analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, this position generates insights and increases efficiency, providing essential support to help the sales team exceed goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process and track purchase orders, ensuring fulfillment accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle, boost customer acquisition, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Lead various projects related to quoting, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and contracts, ensuring efficient operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Work on internal enhancements for CRM and SAP systems to improve functionality and support sales processes.
  • Work with finance and account management teams to facilitate timely invoicing and payment processing, including handling billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of accurate quotes to clients, ensuring alignment with pricing and contractual terms while maintaining timely responses.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience


Salary Ranges
$91,567.06 - $129,342.27

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
