CRM Analyst is responsible for regional CRM data, supports commercial standard process and end to end CRM funnel management, including CRM onboarding and training for new and existing team members. The Analyst partners closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and cross-functional teams to strengthen pipeline management, improve data quality, and enhance overall CRM effectiveness. This position reports to the Manager, Commercial Excellence & Business Intelligence and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, providing user training, onboarding, troubleshooting, documentation, and best-practice guidance to improve system utilization and user experience.
- Drive CRM data quality, adoption, and compliance through monitoring, audits, reporting, corrective actions, and reinforcement of established CRM and sales process standards.
- Own regional CRM governance and process execution, ensuring accurate customer, account, and opportunity data while supporting standardized commercial processes, opportunity management, forecasting requirements, and account hierarchy integrity.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Commercial Excellence teams to support Funnel Management standard work, opportunity inspection processes, sales effectiveness initiatives, and disciplined pipeline and install base management.
- Support CRM enhancements, reporting, and analytics by collaborating with IT, Business Intelligence, and business stakeholders on workflows, integrations, system improvements, KPI reporting, dashboards, and continuous process optimization.
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of sales, Commercial Excellence, and analytics experience including use of CRM.
- Proven Experience with Sales Funnel Management and Sales Effectiveness KPIs, Sales Tools, sales standard work
- Proficient MS Office skills (Power BI, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- ~10% travel requirement, including overnight travel

The annual salary range for this role is
$95,000-$110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
