Qualifications

• Experience in senior housing sales leadership preferred, but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tours for potential residents and their families.
• Manage CRM to document and organize follow-ups efficiently.
• Train Branch staff to ensure high-quality phone and tour services.
• Facilitate a smooth move-in process for new residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community professionals to enhance lead generation.
• Ensure Branch’s physical environment is staged for optimal customer experience.
• Lead weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.
