DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Director to lead our growth in the US Department of Defense (DoD) market.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new opportunities in the US DoD
- Generating weekly new qualified leads
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new sales opportunities
- Provide capture and Price to Win guidance to the BD team
- Draft proposals and solicitations
- Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Provides market feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategy and positioning
Requirements- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the US DoD market, including Capture, Price to Win and business development
- Ability to write proposals and statements of work
- Bachelor's Degree - Must. MBA or equivalent - Advantage
- Proven track record of overachieving quotas or equivalent measure metrics
- Experienced in working in hardware and product companies, UAS a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- US military service a plus
- Travel up to 75%
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
