Job Overview:The Sales Manager, Wealth Advisors Group is a leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and development of a team of licensed financial advisors. This role blends sales leadership, talent development, and client experience oversight, leveraging deep annuity and investment expertise to support advisor success and strong investor outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed financial advisors focused on relationship deepening and sales growth
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews to drive consistent achievement of sales goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative sales culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and healthy competition
- Monitor advisor productivity, SLAs, and key performance metrics; analyze trends and report results to leadership
- Leverage annuity and investment knowledge to support advisors during client consultations and portfolio reviews
- Assist with the analysis of existing annuity portfolios and product considerations
- Collaborate with annuity carriers and internal partners to ensure accurate servicing and optimal client experiences
- Support ongoing operational maintenance, compliance, and servicing of a large annuity client base

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of people management or sales leadership experience
- 2+ years of investment and advisory experience, including annuity products
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 required

Preferences:- FINRA Series 9/10 (or ability to obtain within first 6 months)
- Experience supporting or managing annuity-focused advisory teams
Pay Range: $98,777.00 - $164,594.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
