About The Role:

CHANEL is looking for aSalesManager for theBeverly HillsWatches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) Flagship. A0The role will be based inA0Beverly Hillsand report to the Boutique Director for theBeverly HillsWFJ Flagship. A0This position will serve as a key brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internalteamsand clients. They willA0be responsible fordriving the overall business of our Flagship through managing a seasoned team of salespeople, coaching, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

  • Drive scale and grow WFJ business across all segments (Watches/Fine Jewelry/High Jewelry), through the Beverly HillsWFJ sales team. A0Engage neighboring Fashion and WFJ partners to reachstrong growthambition. A0Deliver on business driving KPIs around recruitment, retention, conversion, data capture, etc. Developstrategies to increase sales and achieve goals.

  • Partner closely with Boutique Director to serve as a liaison between the Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions, fostering consistent communication, a collaborative and partnership-driven culture by strengthening cross-divisional relationships, identifying shared client opportunities, and creating meaningful connections that support the growth of businesses.

  • Partner closely with the CRM team toidentifybusiness opportunities and develop targeted client lists that support boutique priorities, collection launches, grassroots events, client engagements, and sales objectives.Partner with Sales Advisors to review and activate targeted client lists, ensuring personalized, relevant, andA0timelyA0outreach.

  • Drive successful WFJ events and activations by leading the team inidentifyinghigh potential clients and supporting curated client outreach and follow-up. A0

  • Coach and inspire the team todeliver an exceptional client experience for all clients at all timesenabled by meaningful leadership presence on the selling floor.A0

  • Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.

  • Provide initial and frequent ongoing training and development for all team members, including ChanelSavoir Faire, salestechniquesand service delivery.

  • Drive all aspects of the WFJ business, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with Home Office teams.
