100% scripted sales process,
inbound leads, and a
33% close ratio from set appointments.
You'll be leading from the front• closing deals, building a team, and earning the rewards of your production.
What You'll Do: - Run virtual sales appointments using a step-by-step script
- Manage your personal book of inbound leads
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps (optional but encouraged)
- Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success
- Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls
What You Need to Succeed: - Leadership or team-building mindset
- Background in sales, team management, or customer service a plus
- No license? No problem • we'll help you get licensed
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM and virtual tools to manage workflow
