Job Description

The primary objectives of the Sales Manager - US Market are to:
  • Act as a hunter, proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Develop direct relationships with key customers, integrators, and strategic partners
  • Increase market penetration for Teledyne ICM and Teledyne Radicon products
  • Support distributors and key accounts with strong technical and commercial expertise
  • Represent the company professionally during on-site product demonstrations, trade shows, and technical meetings

This role is expected to have a direct and measurable impact on revenue growth in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and opportunity identification across the US market
  • Management of the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demonstration, quotation, negotiation, and closing
  • On-site technical product demonstrations (X-ray generators, detectors, imaging solutions)
  • Collaboration with engineering, R&D, and application teams to adapt solutions to customer needs
  • Market intelligence gathering (competition, pricing, trends, customer feedback)
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Contribution to strategic market development plans for NDT and industrial inspection


Profile Requirements
Technical & Commercial Skills
  • Solid technical background (engineering or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical products
  • Experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) or industrial inspection is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales of high-value technical solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
