The Role. Your mission is to lead and coach a team of SMB sales professionals focused on new customer acquisition and growth
  • Partner with digital, marketing, and product teams to convert inbound SMB leads generated from Xe's website and campaigns (15M+ monthly visitors, thousands of business sign-ups)
  • Design and execute test-and-learn experiments to improve conversion rates, activation, and retention
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics (lead-to-close conversion, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
  • Build and manage key partnerships to expand Xe's reach within the SMB ecosystem
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and customer-centric sales practices across the team
  • Translate data insights into sales action plans and performance coaching
