What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your ContributionsWithin your first year, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee the daily operations of the AE team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their goals.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, prospecting, and appointment-setting processes.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the AE team, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR team to align strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Motivation and Culture: Foster a positive and high-energy work environment, motivating the team through recognition, incentives, and team-building activities.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process to build a strong, cohesive AE team.

Core Skills & Experience:- At least 3 years of experience in the SDR and AE sales role as a pipeline builder and closer, and at least 1 year of experience as a sales leader.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing talent and driving team success. This includes willingness to listen to call recordings and host coaching sessions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strategic approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Ability to learn new things quickly.
- Highly motivated and interested in career growth.

- Meaningful Compensation:$120,000 base salary, with $30,000 OTE.

Work Environment & Location:- This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
