About the Position

The Sales Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while also contributing directly to revenue generation.

This individual will recruit, train, and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and establish a consistent pipeline of referral-based business through strategic relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, and commercial facilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active participation in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, shadowing, and ongoing performance feedback
  • Drive business development through direct sales and relationship-building activities
  • Establish and grow referral networks with trade partners (plumbing, HVAC), property managers, and commercial clients
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs for new sales team members
  • Track sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline activity to ensure consistent performance
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale revenue and market share
  • Maintain a personal book of business while leading the team

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within restoration, construction, or a related service industry
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
