Lead, Scale, and Mature a High-Growth Market Into a Mid-Market Powerhouse

Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte is the fastest-growing division within a $120M+ enterprise-a territory with the demand, momentum, and leadership team to support the Sales team's development.

We are seeking a seasoned, high-energy sales leader who is equally comfortable driving rapid growth and laying the operational foundations required for long-term stability. This is a market-building leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to develop a team, elevate performance standards, and architect a scalable revenue engine.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage KPIs to identify performance gaps, and adjusting strategy to ensure consistent, predictable revenue results for a team of 15+ sales representatives.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment by partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Enhance our proven sales model and support rapid growth without compromising service standards.
  • Develop and lead our high-performing Project Consultant team utilizing the tools provided from company leadership to grow market revenue by 80-100%.
  • Perform frequent ride-alongs, driving throughout the territory, to evaluate and develop the team with a hands on coaching approach.
  • Forecast sales capacity and staff the team appropriately based on projections.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to hire top talent for our scheduled sales training classes.
  • Create and present reports highlighting the current production of the team and projections for upcoming months.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing a sales team generating $25 million or more in revenue.
  • Proven sales leadership developing team members to grow within an organization.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a 100% commission structure.
  • Experience discussing sales productivity to leadership.

Requirements
  • The ability to lift and transport window/door samples up to 70 lbs.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
