What You'll Do:- Develop a strong and successful sales team that exceeds expectations!
- Ensure a VIP buying experience from the first test drive to vehicle delivery
- Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions
What We're Looking For:- Proven leadership experience in automotive sales or luxury sales
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Solid track record of exceeding sales, GP and CSI targets
- Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
- Proficient with DMS and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification
