As our Sales Manager - Mortgage, you'll lead a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), shape strategy, and elevate the member experience while driving growth, compliance, and innovation.

What You'll Do (Your Impact)
  • Inspire & Lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers through coaching, recognition, and development that fuels both performance and engagement.
  • Drive Results by meeting volume, service level, and budget goals-while never compromising the member experience.
  • Partner Strategically with branches, contact center teams, and internal/external partners to align sales and service strategies.
  • Champion Training & Development so your team is confident, compliant, and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the loan journey.
  • Optimize Processes & Technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Ensure Compliance Excellence by guiding policy development and maintaining adherence to regulatory and secondary market guidelines.
  • Empower Members through financial education, thoughtful follow-ups, and service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail financial environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with a proven coaching mindset.
