Sales Manager | Join Our Team!

Location: Remote or Fostoria, Ohio (Corporate Office)
Schedule: Full-Time, 8am - 5pm

Who You Are

The ideal Sales Manager is a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for customer success. You are a skilled communicator who understands both the technical and commercial sides of the business and can collaborate effectively across teams to deliver value to customers.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager, you will manage and coordinate internal and external activities related to the sales and marketing of flour products. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams while driving growth and ensuring exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer relationships, including pricing, contract negotiation, and account development
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring market trends, supply and demand, and competitors
  • Building strong, long-term customer partnerships by understanding customer needs and business objectives
  • Traveling to customer locations and industry events to promote products and strengthen relationships
  • Supporting development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet growth objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, transportation, and co-product sales
  • Acting as a liaison between sales and internal departments to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and maintaining sales reports, customer data, and performance tracking
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration
  • Performing other duties as assigned
