Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dealership's variable operations, including both new and pre-owned vehicle sales. The SM is responsible for driving the sales strategy, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. This individual will play a key role in forecasting, planning, setting department goals, and helping the dealership meet and exceed performance targets.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 (based on experience and performance)
