Manufacturing Sales Manager to help grow and support customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
This role combines customer relationship management, sales coordination, business development, and operational collaboration to ensure customers receive exceptional service and on-time results.
We're looking for someone who communicates well, builds strong partnerships, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a professional manufacturing setting.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support business growth and account development initiatives
- Coordinate closely with operations, production, and customer service teams
- Manage customer accounts, reporting, and sales activities
- Assist with forecasting, pricing initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities
- Travel to customer meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities
- Help improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal departments
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of sales, account management, customer support, or manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with periodic travel and overnight stays as needed
