Full Job Description
Join LGI Homes as a Sales Manager and take on a key leadership role in driving success at our Sunset Oaks & Trace communities. We're searching for passionate leaders who thrive on success, enjoy coaching and training others, and are motivated by helping their team achieve outstanding results.

As a Sales Manager, you'll recruit, select, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals. You'll provide ongoing development and training, set monthly goals, and lead weekly group training sessions.

Requirements
