Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants, F&I Managers, and future sales leaders.
  • Monitor and improve CSI scores, conversion rates, and department KPIs.
  • Assist with new vehicle inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, dealership policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Maintain a visible, engaged presence on the showroom floor.

Position Summary

Tom Wood is seeking a results driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high performing sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, coaching, and driving both volume and profitability. Our Sales Managers lead from the front-working the desk, supporting the team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Tom Wood values.

The Tom Wood Group is excited to announce our newest location opening in Whitestown in November 2026-and we're building our team now!

Key Responsibilities
