About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of ~8 Enterprise Account Executives and help them build pipeline and drive net new customer acquisition strategies across the US. Additionally, you will be a key driver for one of DoorDash's growth verticals and have the ability to grow your team and career. As such, you'll be in a high impact role where you'll work extensively with cross-functional teams to execute on growth and operational initiatives. Working alongside large to mid-size brands, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of DoorDash's Enterprise business.

You will report to the Director, Pre-Sales, DoorDash for Business to work on a strategy and hit revenue targets. We are looking for a sales professional who can coach and develop talent, hire and help to win business. You have experience with SaaS platform products, leadership, sales, forecasting and building prospecting strategies.

  • Lead: Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives that attract new Enterprise customers, while taking a people first approach to attract outstanding talent and support the personal development of members in your organization.
  • Build: You'll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash's next big business. You'll use your curiosity and other skills to build quickly, get 1% better every day, and roll out strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Strategize: You'll develop strategies to build pipeline, accelerate our win rates, move up market to target larger organizations and drive revenue for DoorDash.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Mid-Market/Enterprise sales
  • 3+ years in sales leadership managing a SaaS team covering Mid-Market/ENT accounts
  • Experience building close relationships from the ground up with large corporations, understanding their needs at a very deep level, and collaborating to structure creative deal terms which result in joint wins
  • You are DoorDash first: you work well with others under the one team one fight mindset and choose optimism when solving for pain points as we grow

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).


The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$108,120-$159,000 USD

The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$180,200-$265,000 USD
