As Sales Manager, you must be driven, intelligent, professional, hands-on, dependable and honest. You will lead our sales team based on a successful track record as an Automotive Salesperson, Sales Manager and/or Financial Services Manager. If you are experienced in automotive sales and would like to move into management, this position may be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and support and the sales team.
- Take pride in the success and professionalism of your team members.
- Follow and reinforce the sales process.
- Provide continuous training.
- Ensure we are providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results.
- Track key performance metrics for the sales department.
- Work constructively with all dealership departments.
- Complete training mandated by Hyundai Canada.
- Promote and support our financial services team.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales and/or F&I experience is important.
- Sincere commitment to helping others, including customers and fellow staff members.
- Energy, focus and commitment to meeting the dealership's goals and standards.
- Desire to work and live in our community.
- Proven ability to train and develop others.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to secure a license to sell vehicles in British Columbia, a process that requires a criminal record check.
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
