Job Details:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving aggressive new business development and expanding ATC's presence within the assigned regional territory (Gulf Coast Region (Texas to Florida). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role requires proactive engagement with new customers across OEM, Power Generation, Military, Petrochemical, Nuclear, and various industries requiring thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Actively hunts and develops new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Builds and manages a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and market research.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Clearly articulates ATC's value proposition in both written and verbal interactions.
• Collaborates effectively with internal teams and facilitates efficient client meetings.
• Maintains accurate forecasting, sales activity tracking, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Identifies customer needs, resolves issues, and leverages internal expertise to deliver solutions.
• Regularly attends trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent ATC and promote our solutions.
• Meets or exceeds established revenue and profitability targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute).
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales and business development within industrial sectors, preferably insulation, OEM, Power, Military, or Petrochemical industries.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality and success developing new territories and markets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Capable of delivering professional and engaging presentations.
• Ability to independently manage territory, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable with frequent regional travel to customer sites and industry events.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
