AutoPlanet Brampton is looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Here's what you'll deliver:
  • Responsible for supporting the Sales Consultants and driving a high level of performance among the sales team.
  • Directs and schedules the activities of all Sales employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
  • Motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of the Sales employees.
  • Oversees the efforts of Car Sales employees to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
  • Ensures customer retention and profitability by recruiting qualified sales personnel.
  • Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
  • Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.

What do you need to succeed?
  • 3-5 years of Automotive Sales experience.
  • 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on achieving a high customer service ratings.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite.
  • One-eighty (180) experience is considered an asset.
  • Must have strong time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • May be required to work on Saturday and Sunday as per business needs.
  • Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
  • Previous Automotive Dealer Sales Management experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation): $125,000 - $175,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
