Full Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager in our CompHealth Medical Staffing division in Salt Lake City, UT, who has the passion to lead a competitive and energetic sales team. In the position of Sales Manager, you will get the opportunity to lead and inspire sales representatives to hit sales goals, identify opportunities for growth and development and maintain a culture of Putting People First.

Responsibilities
  • Identify strategic opportunities and performance gaps across the team, market, or process, and translate them into actionable growth strategies
  • Develop and own the strategic plan/roadmap for the team in support of department and organizational goals
  • Align team priorities and strategy with broader departmental and organizational objectives, partnering cross-functionally as needed
  • Own end-to-end accountability for strategic initiatives, adjusting approach based on results and business needs
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing input on goal-setting, resource planning, and long-term direction


Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Proven experience owning strategy development and execution - not just executing plans set by others
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align team goals to broader organizational objectives
  • Minimum of three to seven years of experience leading people and/or leaders, with demonstrated ownership of strategic outcomes
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners on strategic direction


Preferred
  • One to five years of experience in the staffing industry
  • One to five years of experience selling in the healthcare industry
  • Staffing/recruitment experience


We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 -- $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
