We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, with at least 2-3 years of verifiable success and strong professional references. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of automotive retail, strong business acumen, and the ability to take full accountability for sales performance. Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve dealership objectives.
- Set and manage sales targets and quotas across the team.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Oversee inventory management, including pricing, display, and aging control.
- Generate and maintain accurate, timely reports on all sales-related activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership success.
Qualification- Minimum 2-3 years of automotive dealership experience with a stable employment record and exceptional references.
- Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role with strong closing and deal management abilities.
- Proficient with Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, Dealertrack, and other dealership software systems.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer engagement and follow-up.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction, staff training, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Knowledge of internet lead processes and digital advertising effectiveness.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
