Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for problem-solving
• Confident, competitive, and driven to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable with physical work, including climbing and crawling in various weather conditions
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of homes from the attic to the crawl space
• Communicate findings clearly and recommend effective treatment options
• Close sales by demonstrating the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services
• Manage appointments and documentation efficiently using an iPad
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and maximize lead opportunities
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
