What will you do?

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sales Incentive Specialist to join our Sales Excellence team.

In this role, you'll combine sales incentive strategy, data analytics, and process improvement to help support a high-performing sales organization. You'll work collaboratively across teams to ensure incentive plans are designed effectively, supported by reliable data, and continuously refined to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders and sales management to design and optimize Sales Incentive Plans that support business growth and reward performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop incentive plans that align with the objectives and needs of specific sales teams.
  • Identify, analyze, and aggregate data required to support incentive plan targets and attainment calculations.
  • Develop and maintain tools and reporting that support Sales Incentive Plans and performance measurement.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts by partnering with stakeholders across teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Sales Compensation, or Sales Incentive programs.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing sales incentive or sales compensation plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, drive and manage change
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, and reporting tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with sales leaders and business partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

The expected pay range is CAD 114,750 - CAD 162,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
