ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities through targeted outreach strategies, lead generation initiatives, and new sales programs
- Analyze customer interactions, call recordings, and transcripts to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales performance and conversion rates
- Leverage AI tools to evaluate customer behavior, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across the sales organization
- Optimize call flows, messaging, and objection-handling strategies to improve effectiveness and consistency across the sales team
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics including call volume, conversion rates, queue times, and overall customer experience indicators
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance trends and measure the impact of sales initiatives
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to support coaching, training, and sales enablement strategies
- Partner with leadership to align performance metrics, compensation structures, and overall business objectives
- Support onboarding and continuous development efforts by identifying opportunities to improve ramp and training processes
- Participate in live sales interactions (approximately 20% of time) to maintain firsthand knowledge of customer behavior and market dynamics
- Communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decision-making
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, and sales analytics systems
- Deep understanding of sales processes, call center operations, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze customer interactions and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Development
- Experience in call center or high-volume sales environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance through data-driven analysis and process optimization
- Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools required
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in a business or sales environment preferred

- Work is performed in a professional office environment
- Regular use of office equipment including a computer, phone systems, and standard business applications
- Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional movement as needed
