OVERVIEW

The Sales & Growth Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision making and driving business insights to enhance and expand sales performance independently, inventory management, and overall brand growth within all designated accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support sell through performance, identifies trends, and creates strategic initiatives across all accounts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze sales performance, sell-in and ensure sell-through performance for all accounts to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance across all accounts including door-level productivity, SKU performance, events, training, inventory levels, and brand visual merchandising consistency
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track KPIs including revenue, margin, inventory turns, weeks of supply, and account productivity.
  • Partner with Sales and Key Account Managers to support forecasting, inventory allocation, and replenishment planning across account distribution.
  • Support line reviews and seasonal assortment planning by preparing data analysis, product performance insights, and recommendations tailored to the regional market
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness, pricing strategies, and marketing programs within the channel to optimize ROI and sell-through.
  • Track and evaluate distribution, door expansion, and placement opportunities within retail partners to support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align product launches, campaigns, and inventory strategies specific to accounts.
  • Provide insights on product assortment, identifying opportunities specific to channel preferences and consumer buying behavior.
  • Support account reviews and executive presentations by preparing detailed analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure timely and accurate reporting for all chain jewelry accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, AI tools, and data visibility within the channel.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and leadership requests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or retail analytics.
  • Experience working with multi store jewelry or timepieces preferred.
  • Ability to professionally and persuasively negotiate with senior leaders and retail owners
  • Strong analytical skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and POS data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics including sell-through, inventory turns, weeks of supply, and door productivity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support sales teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to travel
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and retail reporting tools and ability to create new reporting formats, preferred.

LOCATION
This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.

This position offers a base salary range from $80,000 to $85,000 a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
