What Will You Contribute?

As a Sales Executive at Finastra, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition across banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. You'll help prospects modernize their lending and mortgage operations through Finastra's industry-leading solutions, including LaserPro and Mortgagebot.

This is a true hunter role focused on building pipeline, winning new business, and expanding Finastra's market presence. Success will be measured by your ability to create opportunities, close new customers, and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within your assigned territory.

  • Build and execute territory plans to drive consistent pipeline growth and new logo wins.

  • Develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.

  • Partner with Solution Consulting and other internal teams to deliver compelling customer solutions.

  • Articulate business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation to prospective clients.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed bookings and revenue targets.

  • Represent Finastra at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

  • Travel up to 35%.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • B2B sales experience in fintech, financial services technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.

  • Proven success acquiring net new customers and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Experience selling solutions to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, or other financial institutions.

  • Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, and territory management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers.

  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close.

  • Knowledge of lending, mortgage, banking, or financial technology solutions preferred.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
