Sales Executive / Partner Growth Specialist

The Dale Modern Day Spa | Scottsdale, Arizona

Grassroots, mid-level sales executive opportunity with one of Phoenix's fast-growing, design-forward salon and spa suite companies.

This role is built for someone who loves people, loves closing, and wants to help beauty and wellness professionals take the next step in growing their own businesses.

Position Summary

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused, results-oriented Sales Executive / Partner Growth Specialist to help us lease suites, build relationships with beauty and wellness professionals, and support the continued growth of The Dale.

This is not a passive leasing role.

We are looking for someone who can prospect, respond quickly to leads, schedule and conduct strong tours, follow up consistently, overcome objections, create urgency, and close qualified beauty professionals into premium Dale suites.

The Sales Executive will own much of the lead-to-lease process and play a key role in growing occupancy across our current and future locations.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for converting qualified beauty and personal-care professionals into signed Dale partners.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time sales role based out of our Scottsdale office near Via de Ventura and the 101, with local travel to Dale locations throughout the Valley as needed.

We want this role to be highly rewarding for someone who can produce results, close deals, and help us grow.

Compensation includes:
  • $45,000 base salary
  • Upside commissions
  • Target earnings of $125,000+ annually
  • Performance bonuses

• Occupancy growth across Dale locations.
• Lost reasons documented for serious prospects.
• Strong relationships with prospective and current Dale partners.

The most important number is net new signed leases.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:
• At least 3 years of full-time B2B and/or B2C sales experience
• Love sales and closing.
• Are comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Follow up without needing to be reminded.
• Can create urgency without being pushy.
• Communicate well by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Are organized and able to track details in a CRM.
• Enjoy working with business people, small business owners, and beauty/wellness professionals.
• Can sell a premium product or service.
• Are confident asking direct questions.
• Are motivated by goals, commissions, and results.
• Care about helping beauty and wellness professionals grow their businesses.

Experience in leasing, sales, business development, beauty, wellness, hospitality, real estate, membership sales, or high-ticket service sales is a plus.
