About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to the growth of our firm by building strong relationships with potential clients, educating them on our services, and guiding them through the decision-making process. You will be responsible for setting expectations, demonstrating the value of our firm, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.

Compensation- $75,000 + bonus potential (expected earnings to exceed $100,000 with performance-based incentives)
Responsibilities
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on our estate planning and elder law services.
• Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, helping them understand the importance of planning for their future.
• Lead clients to make informed decisions about protecting their assets and securing their legacy.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
• Work closely with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions.
• Represent Jarvis Law with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proven sales professional with:
• A high level of empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment.
• Prior experience in customer service (5+ years preferred).
• A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way.
• The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Experience in the elder care or legal services industry (preferred but not required).
• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our case management system.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, with accountability to key metrics including client outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, and quality standards.
• A professional, positive demeanor with the ability to show tact, empathy, and diplomacy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel within West Virginia and southeastern Ohio.
