Job DescriptionAs a Action Line Sales Executive, you will present and promote HGV's world-class vacation ownership programs to pre-qualified guests and potential owners. This role is ideal for experienced, motivated, ambitious individuals who excel in a high-energy sales setting and consistently deliver results.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do- Welcome guests and engage with them to understand their travel interests, lifestyle, and vacation goals
- Deliver high-quality presentations of HGV ownership products in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner
- Provide timely follow-up and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
- Apply Hilton Grand Vacations' proven sales techniques and best practices
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture rooted in HGV's core values
- Attend weekly sales training to support continuous improvement
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record.
- Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
