TITAN is a no-code, web-based platform that integrates into the Salesforce ecosystem. Our products allow for seamless form generation, data collection, and workflow automation, all with no coding required.

We are looking to hire a Sales Engineer from North America to join our growing global pre-sales team.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our sales efforts-partnering closely with Account Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations, drive technical discovery, and showcase how TITAN can solve complex business challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demos for clients' Salesforce environments.
  • Translate technical features into business value and ROI.
  • Act as a technical expert on TITAN's products and Salesforce integrations.
  • Conduct technical discovery to understand customer needs and Salesforce setups.
  • Build proof-of-concepts, configure demo environments, and support trials.
  • Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and product comparisons.
  • Provide client-driven feedback to product and engineering teams.


Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales in North America.
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge (Integrations, AppExchange).
  • Experience configuring or demoing in Salesforce.
