Sales Engagement Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to build, strengthen, and sustain productive relationships with partners to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure successful execution of partner-led initiatives.
Provide guidance, support, and resources to partners to maximize their sales performance and business impact.
Analyze partner performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Communicate effectively with partners to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.
Track, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner engagement, collaboration, and sales outcomes.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and partners, fostering trust, accountability, and long-term collaboration.
