Purpose:
The Sales Enablement Sr. Partner helps turn learning into stronger Sales performance by coordinating high-impact training, onboarding, and development programs across Athene’s Sales organization. You’ll help bring programs such as monthly enablement programming and Wholesaler U to life while ensuring Sales professionals have relevant, engaging resources that help them succeed.Accountabilities:
Coordinate onboarding, training, and development programs across Sales roles and channels, including recurring enablement programming and Wholesaler U, ensuring an organized and engaging learner experience.
Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Sales curricula by coordinating pilots, schedules, learning materials, participant communications, feedback, and follow-up.
Maintain role-based learning paths, training calendars, presentations, job aids, videos, and other resources, identifying opportunities to make content more effective and easier for Sales professionals to use.
Partner with Sales leaders, subject-matter experts, and external partners to coordinate learning experiences and build a practical understanding of Sales activities, workflows, and foundational product knowledge.
Collect, organize, and analyze program data and participant feedback to identify insights, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Support emerging product, technology, and sales-skills learning needs while thoughtfully using AI-enabled learning and productivity tools to improve content development, summarize feedback, streamline routine work, and create more time for high-value enablement activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
4+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, training or program coordination, Sales support, or relevant professional experience, preferred.
Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, establish clear deadlines, adapt as needs change, and move work forward with sound judgment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to build credibility, influence without direct authority, provide constructive feedback, and support presentations or small-group facilitation.
Critical thinking, creativity, and a continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to turn program data, participant feedback, and business needs into practical recommendations and solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word; familiarity with learning-management systems, CRM or video platforms, and the ability to thoughtfully use and learn AI-enabled productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, education, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
