Your Role at BaxterThe Sales Enablement Nutrition role is responsible for driving sustainable clinical nutritional sales growth while delivering exceptional sales and operational support across assigned territories. This hybrid role combines territory management of the clinical nutrition business with hands-on sales support, acting as a key driver of new business growth and a connector between customers, sales leadership, marketing, clinical, operations, and supply chain teams. As a Nutrition product and portfolio subject matter expert, you will serve as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring strong relationships, effective execution of sales strategies, and seamless support of Baxter's Infusion Therapies, Nutrition, and Pharmaceutical portfolios. This role may assume full or partial territory management responsibilities based on business needs, portfolio mix, and geographic coverage, either on a short- or long-term basis.

Candidates Residing within the Territory (Manitoba or Saskatchewan)
Candidates residing within the territory will be expected to engage with customers through a combination of in-person and virtual interactions. Sales enablement and internal support activities will primarily be conducted remotely. Regular travel to Baxter's Head Office in Mississauga will be required for team collaboration, training, and business meetings, typically on a quarterly basis.
Candidates Residing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) / Mississauga Region
Candidates residing in the GTA will provide sales enablement and internal support activities through a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration at Baxter's Mississauga Head Office. The role also includes responsibility for Territory Management of accounts in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northern Ontario, requiring periodic travel for in-person customer visits. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs, with an expectation of visiting the territory at least quarterly.
Your Team
You will report to the National Sales Manager Pharma & Nutrition and work within the Infusion Therapies and Platforms business, supporting the Pharmaceuticals and Nutrition portfolio. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with Territory Managers, Clinical Educators and Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales Leadership teams. Together, you will support customer success, drive commercial growth, and deliver solutions that help improve patient outcomes.
What You'll be Doing
- Exceed sales targets through effective territory planning, opportunity management, and consultative selling within assigned accounts and territories.
- Manage an active schedule of in-person and virtual customer engagements while building and expanding relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and committees.
- Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with marketing strategy and segmentation models, while identifying growth opportunities, supporting RFP responses, and contributing to contract negotiations.
- Lead or support customer onboarding activities, coordinate product implementation and workflow integration, and help drive successful adoption of Baxter solutions.
- Provide comprehensive sales support including product launches, customer training coordination, order assistance, backorder resolution, demo and loaner equipment management, samples, and sales team support.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and territory performance metrics to provide business insights, support forecasting, and identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across marketing, medical, market access, commercial operations, and supply chain teams to align strategies, resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support local, regional, and national business initiatives, conferences, seminars, customer presentations, and process improvement efforts that drive operational excellence and field effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in healthcare, pharmacy, business administration, or sales are considered an asset.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales or sales enablement within medical devices, infusion therapy, pharmaceuticals, or clinical nutrition, along with experience in the Canadian healthcare landscape.
- Demonstrated success growing and winning business within a defined territory, managing complex procurement processes, and navigating hospital buying channels and GPO structures.
- Strong customer management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and business reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally and support customer-facing events, conferences, and field execution activities as required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $129,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually, which is inclusive of base salary as well as estimated commissions based on expected target performance. Individual pay will be determined based
