As a Nutrition product and portfolio subject matter expert, you will serve as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring strong relationships, effective execution of sales strategies, and seamless support of Baxter's Infusion Therapies, Nutrition, and Pharmaceutical portfolios. Candidates residing within the territory will be expected to engage with customers through a combination of in-person and virtual interactions. Sales enablement and internal support activities will primarily be conducted remotely. Regular travel to Baxter's Head Office in Mississauga will be required for team collaboration, training, and business meetings, typically on a quarterly basis.

  • Provide comprehensive sales support including product launches, customer training coordination, order assistance, backorder resolution, demo and loaner equipment management, samples, and sales team support.
  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and territory performance metrics to provide business insights, support forecasting, and identify risks and growth opportunities.

  • Support local, regional, and national business initiatives, conferences, seminars, customer presentations, and process improvement efforts that drive operational excellence and field effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in healthcare, pharmacy, business administration, or sales are considered an asset.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales or sales enablement within medical devices, infusion therapy, pharmaceuticals, or clinical nutrition, along with experience in the Canadian healthcare landscape.
